- Exchanges: Requests for exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases of MEDILUX error, such as incorrect size, color, or defective items.
- Non-refundable: Orders are non-refundable due to change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or normal wear after use.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. In cases of MEDILUX error, we will cover all return and replacement shipping.
